Designed for breaking free and driving large bolts, nuts and anchors quickly the Bosch GDS18V-770C is part of the PROFACTOR System, which pairs BITURBO Brushless Technology with a CORE18V PROFACTOR battery. This technology is a high-performance motor and drive-train system designed to deliver power comparable to high-demand corded tools. The tool delivers up to 770 Ft.-Lbs. fastening torque and 1,250 Ft.-Lbs. breakaway torque, while maintaining long runtime. In addition to three speed/torque settings this impact wrench also features special modes to prevent workpiece and fastener damage. The presets include modes for metal screws and wood lag screws. Additional modes and customization for specific screws and materials can be set and saved to the tool via the Bosch Toolbox App (connectivity module sold separately). With bolt mode activated, the Auto Bolt Release stops rotation when there is no load on the tool. The variable-speed trigger provides accurate driving speed.
