Our Return & Exchange Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Manual Cutting Tools (once used, they cannot be resold)
  • Power Tool Accessories that show any signs of use
  • Opened packages of consumables or disposable items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 hours (during business days), our team will respond with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (129 Ward Road, El Paso, US 79922)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/documentation. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return shipment.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund has been processed (for returns)
  • Your replacement item has been shipped (for exchanges)

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
